As a clinically-trained Board Certified Coach, I help people break patterns of anxiety at work and in relationships through emotional self-regulation.
My coaching business is built on my more than 12 years of clinical experience, practicing as a Licensed Psychotherapist in Los Angeles, CA.
I believe effective coaching is one of the best ways to help people shift their relationship with anxiety. With me as your coach, you'll be focused, equipped, supported, and held accountable toward your goals.

This 6-week coaching program
includes weekly:
- 50-min Coaching Sessions to apply what you're learning with feedback, insight, and experiential practice
- Video Lessons to give you knowledge, information, and understanding you need for change

Schedule and Structure:
- Program runs for 6 consecutive weeks, includes a BONUS Prework Module and a lesson on Balancing Your Hormones from a Functional Hormone Specialist.
- Everything (except live sessions) can be completed at your own pace, but each week's work is done before your live session.
- A minimum of 2 to 2.5 hours per week is recommended for this investment, which includes the session, lesson, workbook, and exercises.
